Another place, another time. All crowded up in a single cart, they sailed towards the sea. The wind was roaring fiercely and blankets of thick fog covered the surface of the water. If there was answer, he would find it. It was nearly midnight, everything was dark and murky. The blue moon shone brightly on the silver railway. Frightening thunder clouds covered the smooth night sky. The air was pitch black and the moon shone like a gigantic jack-o-lantern from a midnight Halloween party. The sea was swishing, deep and hungry.
There were four people on board. The two boys at the top controlling the cart, and their grandparents were in front reading the stars for direction. They were sailing into the water when the cart, believe it or not turned into a wooden ship. It looked like a schooner. The ship had three gigantic sails and a dark cabin. In the cabin was a steering wheel and a compass. The compass was fixed in the middle. Each side of the ship had three deadly cannons that shot out deadly fire balls and pike balls.

This is an incredible piece of writing Andrew. I really enjoyed it. My favourite line is.. the sea was swishing, deep and hungry. I also like...Frightning thunder clouds covered the smooth night sky. Awesome!
